I've got a cheap runabout Corsa D that I'd like to get the security code out of. Using the full bdm (ecu) wasn't successful so I got a cheap usb eeprom reader but no joy with that either.

I'm tempted to get a carprog clone but thought I'd ask first, is that my best bet (I see some say they don't read 24xxx well) or is there a better tool for this job for a similar price?

Hey Guys,

I have buy a new ECU from Ebay, and Read out EEPROM and FLash from my old ECU and write via BDM on the new ECU but the car dont start.
Why? Faultcode says Immo not Learn on the new ECU.

I have tryed Immo off but i dont now it´s works, i think not.

Car is a 2006 A3

What can i do?

My Ducati Speedo got an error like in the image below
The first thing to come to my mind is the IC file
It is caused by water

Anyway there's 2 IC in the board
one is 24c01 and the other one is 24016
do anyone know which one store the mileage data?

and do anyone have any ducati dump with the same type? preferably around 14000 km
