About a website going down?

I'm not to sure if i can ask this but there is a forum/website that has gone down or off recently and i know that some on the people in this forum have used it in the past.

I'm not going to say the site as I might be breaking rules.

I'm trying to find information on if the site will be back up or if other users of the site are having the same problem?
