how to find out if skybox is a clone

hi i have had a look around for this infomation and yet to come across anything

im buying a skybox f5s for 45 tonight but wanted to know how to check if its a clone or not? the guy who is selling them has 20 of them so its making me a bit cautious of whether im gonna be ripped off or not?
