peugeot bipper pin correct?

i have a 2012 peugeot bipper with all keys lost,have a new key from dealer with login 62122 but when programming the key pin I get incorrect pin,the 93c86 has been removed from board previous to me getting the van so possibly corrupt although vin reads correct in dump,all help much appreciated,
