OPEL Astra 1.9 CDTI EGR OFF help

Hello,

I tryed to close EGR in this EDC16C39 like I use to do with Fiat ecu, but, it's strange because the egr continue to works also if the histeresys map are at zero value......
Pls could someone help me to understand why the EGR is not closed?
