1.5 dCi Strange Fault Delphi DDCR 100bhp

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone has come across this fault before and can point me in the right direction.

To give some background info this is what's already been done -

Engine rebuilt - new shells, new piston rings, cylinders rehoned, valve seats reground and clearances set, new valve seals, new seals/gaskets, new clutch and CSC, new turbo cartridge, remanufactured injectors from local Delphi
